At 29 years old, CEO and Kovras founder, Alex Kouras took a leap of faith to pursue his passion of creating a true hair-healthy styling brand solely from his kitchen. Holding true in God’s grace, Alex was able to take the necessary risks, sacrifices, and endure with patience in order to create this business.

This ethos recognises that we as God’s children are molded by His word and His word transforms us if we allow ourselves to be born again through Him; similarly to how hairstyling products mold and transform our hair. I always say, “Proper Preparation Produces Peak Performance”, but for me, I needed faith in the Lord to find true fulfillment in my journey.

We were created in God’s image and likeness from the dust of the ground, and Kovras is part of my tribute to expanding God’s kingdom here on earth and making the world a healthier, happier, and more hopeful place.
